How To: Make a Party Banner

Today I wanted to share with you all a banner that I made a few months back. Boyfriend was getting rid of old clothes, and I couldn't resist snagging these boxer shorts. Red and white print heart boxers are something commonly found and I thought the fabric would make a cute banner in my room. Now I'll show you all pictures from the rest of my house tour later, but here's a sneak peak at some of it.


Creating this banner was exceptionally easy. I ironed and cut along the seams of the boxers, then cut out triangles of the same shape.



I then folded over the top part of it and mod podged it to the string I had already premeasured. Voilà, a banner is born.
