It's definitely going to be a recipe that we keep around, and even the leftovers were great. This is in no way a healthy recipe, but in moderation (like all things), it was delicious.
You essentially salt and pepper chicken breasts, cover them in honey, mustard, mayo, and onion flakes. Then you layer mushrooms, bacon, and cheese on top. I'm sure it was pretty high in sodium and fat, but also pretty high in awesome.
